Tim Sullivan

Tim has been involved in real estate, design and construction for over 15 years beginning as a laborer and member of the Teamsters Union while working for Palumbo Construction in 1985.  Tim has been directly involved in the building trades as a laborer, carpenter, framer and steel crew member.   His real estate experience includes managing and consulting on over 1,500,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial properties.  In the last 10 years he has focused on architecture and design working for Norseman Architects and establishing his own organization in 2005.   

Tim recieved his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder and his Master in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago.  He and Thomas will be featured in the 2012 season of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing.

Thomas Troy Walsh

Thomas Troy has been involved in design, construction and development for 15 years.  He has built over 30 residential and commercial projects in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and California.  Thomas' work has been featured in Style Magazine, Hour Magazine and the design journal Echo.  Thomas and Tim will be featured in two episodes of the current season of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing airing in the Spring of 2012.

Elissa Scrafano

Elissa has been practicing architecture for more than 20 years and is a registered architect in California, Illinois and Michigan. 

Her firm, Scrafano Architects has been published in Architectural Record, Dwell, i4Design,  Western Interiors, Town & Country, Metal Architecture, Midwest Home, Chicago Magazine, Chicago Tribune Magazine as well as in the TeNeuss Guide to Chicago Architecture and Design.  Her work has also been featured on HGTV.

Prior to starting her own firm she worked at the offices of Frank O. Gehry and Associates, Eric Owen Moss Architects and Narduli Gristein Architects.  Elissa earned her undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan and her Master of Architecture degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc).
